As our products are food items made in small batches, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will be happy to review the issue and assist you appropriately.
